This creative and innovative pairing present to you a new environment enjoyed at your home. We have expanded our products and services to innovative events and ordering of sculpture cake and custom cakes country wide. Lee Michael’s Sculpture Cakes works with cake designers around the country to create sculptured cakes that will surprise and delight your special someone.  The name of our company—Lee Michael’s—are the middle names of Catherine Lee and Jewett Michael Short, spouses.

Innovative Events

In addition to selling cakes, both custom and sculpture, another focus is event presentation. We have expanded our products and services to innovative events. These events are designed to accommodate themes centered around cake pairing specific periods of history. Currently, we are promoting events around historical museums and art to include the Historical Dynamics of the Underground Railroad. These events bring with it their own unique dynamics.
